Here at Breckland, we want to make it easy for you to contact us 24-7. Using the online forms below, you can report a number of issues without picking up the phone. Please select from the following areas: Life Events  Here you can notify us online of a change to your address. You can also use this section for renewing your library books, applying for a Blue Badge, and downloading information and applications for concessionary travel. Council and Committee Document Search  Search for Agendas, Minutes of meetings, and other Council documents and papers. Environment  Use this section of Online Services to report issues affecting your environment from abandoned vehicles to faulty street lights Make a Purchase or Payment  Here you can pay for your Council services online using a debit card. You can also set up direct debits or request a barcode for making Council Tax payments. Council Tax and Benefits  Here you can pay your Council Tax, request benefit claim forms, set up a direct debit, or report suspected benefit fraud. Planning and Building Control  Here you can request Building Control application forms, change your house name, and buy Ordnance Survey map extracts. Compliments, Complaints and Comments  Breckland Council would like to hear your views on our services, whether you would like to compliment or complain about them. We are always looking to evolve and improve everything we do. Voting  If you can't get to your polling station on Election Day if you are registered to vote you can apply for a postal or proxy vote. |
