Breckland Council Constitution

Breckland Council agreed a new Constitution in March 2006.

This sets out:

• how the Council operates
• how decisions are made
• the procedures which are followed to ensure that the Council is efficient, transparent and accountable to local people.

The Constitution is divided into 9 parts which set out the rules governing the Council's business.
