The Breckland Food Team has run Food Safety Courses for many years. Advanced and intermediate Food Hygiene Courses are run in partnership with other training providers.
Courses are always well received and demand continues to grow steadily. The Food Team publish a regular Newsletter for Breckland food businesses, and have a wide range of literature available, free of charge, to anyone seeking information or advice on specific aspects of food hygiene or food safety.
