 Breckland’s Food Team has developed an easy to use HACCP pack to help businesses to comply with the food hygiene legislation that came into force from 1 January 2006. The pack is intended to help all smaller businesses in Breckland develop their own ‘Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point’ system, including records of their checks.
