The Food Standards Agency (FSA) require each local authority to produce a Food Safety Service Plan to demonstrate that the standard required by them is being met. Breckland's Food Safety Service Plan for 2006/07 explains Breckland's policies relating to Food Safety.
Our plan describes how the Food Team intend to meet the required standard in relation to each area of work covered by the team.
