Fly tipping is the unauthorised and illegal dumping of rubbish. It can range in
size from a single item such as a bin bag of rubbish to large quantities of white goods, household furniture
or commercial waste. Any witnessed reports of fly tipping, or fly tips containing information relating
to the owner of the waste, may be subject to an investigation and prosecution.
