Younger People

There are no specialist providers of accommodation young people in the Breckland district. Most housing providers will consider applicants over 18 years old, and in some cases over 16 years old where an adult guarantor will support their application.

Elsewhere in Norfolk and Suffolk, there are schemes for 16-25 year old people called the HEART Project, which combine accommodation with personal development, including help with access to education and employment.

There are ten HEART schemes across Norfolk and Suffolk located in Cromer, Sheringham, Stalham, Eye, Stradbroke, Stowmarket, Halesworth, Felixstowe, Framlingham and Leiston.

If you would like further information on HEART Foyers please contact the Team Administrator on 01379 873235 or e-mail heartfoyers@flagship-housing.co.uk. Or visit www.flagship-housing.co.uk
