£24,684 to £29,619 per annum

Flextime Scheme + Final Salary Pension Scheme + Car Allowance + Free Parking

Based at Dereham - 37 hours per week

Breckland Council is currently seeking a Technical Officer to join a highly focused team working to improve standards in Private Sector Housing. Breckland has a reputation as an innovative Council in delivering its services, and has achieved Regional Champion for Homelessness status.

The role will be part of a team ensuring high standards are maintained in the private sector and will include work on empty properties, energy efficiency ,Houses in Multiple Occupation, caravan sites, grants and loans.

Applicants should be qualified to at least HND/HNC level in a relevant housing subject or hold a specialist licencing qualification.
