Breckland Council, Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Supporting People are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead delivery of the outcomes identified in the 2008 Housing Strategy for People with a Physical or Sensory Impairment in Norfolk.
With excellent partnership, project management and communication skills, you will have experience of planning and service development across the housing, supported housing, health and or social care context.
You will have experience of working with and involving people who use services, in the planning development and evaluation of services
You will possess a flexible and positive outlook, together with an ability to work to tight deadlines and a commitment to equality. Understanding, empathy and commitment to the needs and aspirations of adults with Physical and Sensory Impairments is vital.
