Breckland Council owns many small pieces of land within the District.
The Council owns approximately 6,000 pieces of land across the district. The future use of some of these sites have been considered by the Council and an up to date list is available, please click here to view (you will need adobe acrobat to view this file). If you are unable to view this list or require further information on any items on the vacant and surplus land list, please call 01362 656870 quoting the Parish or Town name and the corresponding reference number.
If you have an area of land adjacent to your property, or you have seen a piece of vacant land where you live or elsewhere within the district which you may think belong to the Council, we may be prepared to sell it to you.
