Our Contact Centre was created to make Breckland Council accessible to all and to deliver the highest standard of customer service
Our team is growing; we now have 13 Customer Service Officers within the Customer Contact Centre at Elizabeth House, Breckland Council’s Headquarters. We are able to resolve over 75% of enquiries in the first instance and know who to pass your query onto should this be necessary.
We are open 8am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Fridays
