This 3 hour course is suitable for all food handlers.

Highfields Level 3  Allergens Management

This 1 day course is aimed at food business managers.

Dereham Date:  19 March

Highfield Level 2 Award in  Food Safety (Cost for course £50.00 per person)

This one day course (9.30am to 4pm) will enable food handlers to develop a firm grasp of the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved. They will gain an appreciation of food safety hazards and the confidence and expertise to deliver food safely to customers.  For more information on this training please see Fact Sheet:  Food Safety

Highfield Level 2 Food Safety Refresher Award  (Cost for course £35.00 per person)

This half day course (9.30am to 1.30pm) is ideal for candidates who have taken the Level 2 Award in Food Safety more than 3 years ago and want to update their knowledge.  For more information on the training please see Fact Sheet:  Food Safety (Refresher)

Stephanie Waterman, Gill Rosindell and Joy Holland are Food and Health & Safety officers, Highfield registered trainers and members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Between them they have 100 years of a wealth of experience in food safety and occupational health and safety from working in city, rural coastal and port health authorities.

Identify Check

All candidates need to be aware that they will need to provide photo id on the day of the course to verify their identity.


At the end of the day's Level 2 Food Safety training and Refresher course, candidates will sit a short multiple choice test.  This will be sent to Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance who will issue certificates to the successful candidate.
