On-line transactions are easy to make and take place within a secure payment system. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an internet standard supported by major internet browsers. All of your personal and card details are protected by using 128 bit encryption for transmission over the internet.

Unfortunately, we can only accept debit cards and are unable to process payments made on credit cards. 

Make a payment - Make an on-line payment for invoices, council tax, business rates or benefits overpayments. Have your account or invoice number ready.

Set up a direct debit - Pay your council tax in a convenient and secure way and benefit from selecting a monthly payment date that suits you.

Your payment can only be processed during the working week. It will not be processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
Payments made before 3.00pm will usually be processed and show on your council tax account on the following working day, all payments made after 3pm hours will usually be processed and show on your account two working days later.

You will receive confirmation of your payment on the screen after you have made the payment. You may want to save or print a copy for your reference. 

The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that the data is used for no other purpose and not disclosed to any third party.
