
The Council is determined to ensure high quality customer-focused services for all our residents and visitors to Breckland. The Council also wants services to go on getting better year by year.
We measure our performance frequently against national performance indicators which enable us to compare our performance with other Councils. We also set ourselves targets against local indicators that are of particular importance in the district.
Our Business Plan
