The Sustainable Communities Team in Breckland are concerned with enabling people to access cultural and leisure opportunities in the district with a particular focus on the priorities outlined in the Community Plan.
1) Enable local people to gain access to quality art and heritage based activity
2) Enable local people to access to good quality sports participation opportunities around the District that offer value for money
3) To develop partnership that improve the provision of play and open space opportunities across the district
4) Enable local people to access to good quality indoor leisure facilities that offer value for money.
5) Tackling health inequalities
6) To enable young people to access cultural services prioritising those in rural communities, people with disabilities and those on low income.
