• Commission for Racial Equality - A non-governmental body set up to tackle racial discrimination and promote racial equality.   Tel 0207 828 7022

• Crimestoppers - Provides an anonymous freefone number for callers who have information about a crime in the UK.   Tel 0800 555111 (Freefone)

• MIND - Provides services for people with mental health problems.  Tel 0845 766 0163 (National Help Line)

• NSPCC - Works to prevent child abuse and neglect.  Tel 0800 800 5000 (24 hour child protection helpline)
