The majority of our properties are offered on a fully repairing and insuring lease (excluding the roof and asphalt - a service charge will apply) for a minimum lease term of three years or any multiple thereof.  The lease terms are standard.  Please note however that a penalty of 1 month rent is payable if you terminate the lease prior to its term.  Rental payments are to be made by Standing Order.  Security of tenure is exluded.  For exact lease terms please contact us.
A security deposit equal to six months rental is required.
