The majority of our properties are offered on a fully repairing and insuring lease (excluding the roof and asphalt - a service charge will apply) for a minimum lease term of three years or any multiple thereof. The lease terms are standard. Please note however that a penalty of 1 month rent is payable if you terminate the lease prior to its term. Rental payments are to be made by Standing Order.
