Tendering Top Ten Tips1. Read the tendering instructions very carefully 2. Raise queries with us as soon as possible, well before the permitted deadline. 3. Ensure your lawyers are happy with our draft terms and conditions 4. Complete and sign all relevant documents in full. 5. Ensure all attachments, documents, supporting information requested is enclosed. 6. Proof reader your tender submission and then prrof read it again! 7. Ensure that the correct number of copies has been submitted with the original clearly identified. 8. Make sure there are no identifying marks on your tender packaging – if so your tender will not be accepted. 9. Submit your tender, to the right place at the right time. 10. Be prepared to provide further information and/or give a presentation to the Council’s tender evaluation panel. |
