1. The permit is not transferable. The permit is only valid as long as the holder qualifies for a concessionary travel under the provision of the scheme.
2. The loss of a permit should be reported immediately to Breckland Council.
3. Should you no longer be able to use the permit then the permit must be returned to Breckland Council for cancellation.
4. Any permit holder lending a permit to someone else to obtain free travel is committing a fraud and renders themselves liable to prosecution.
5. Any alteration of the name or date on a permit will render the permit invalid.
6. The permit must be produce for each journey otherwise payment the full fare will be payable.
7. In the event of an application being made other than by a personal visit, the Council will not be liable for the loss of any documents (or any consequential loss ensuing from) while they are in the post or in possession of a third party.
