13 March - 17 April: Simply Breathe

Come along for an intuitive six week course with Jill Roberts on using simple techniques. 

This course includes -  

Using simple breathing exercises learn how to:

-   reduce anxiety and stress

-   relax your mind

-   enhance your wellbeing

-   improve sleep

To get the most from this course it is best to complete all 6 sessions.
