Kickstart Moped Scheme
Kickstart was established to assist people residing within the Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire areas to secure, start or sustain employment, training or education. We also help individuals who are long term unemployed to address their complex barriers to employment . To achieve this, we offer our service user an affordable means of transport to provide them with the flexibility and independence they desire.

Voluntary Norfolk
Voluntary Norfolk offers employment and volunteering support for young people and adults, including those with a disability.

Access Community Trust
Access provide a range of services for young people including housing related support, helping with learning, development and employment and providing support with mental health and wellbeing.

Princes Trust
The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps young people aged 11 to 30 get into jobs, education and training. They work with delivery partners across the UK to offer hundreds of free courses, grants and mentoring opportunities to inspire young people to build their confidence and start a career.

KICKSTART Scheme
The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit. Employers of all sizes can apply for funding which covers:
- 100% of the National Minimum Wage (or the National Living Wage depending on the age of the participant) for 25 hours per week for a total of 6 months
- Associated employer National Insurance contributions
- Employer minimum automatic enrolment contributions
Employers can spread the start date of the job placements up until the end of December 2021.

A Kickstart Scheme application must be for a minimum of 30 job placements. If a single employer cannot provide this many job placements, they can find an existing Kickstart gateway, such as a local authority, charity or trade body for help applying.
Further funding is available for training and support so that young people on the scheme can get a job in the future.
