Mattishall Parish Council are reviewing their Neighbourhood Plan which can be found by following this link Mattishall Parish Council (mattishallpc.info).

The Consultation runs until 8 January 2024.
A Consultation "drop-in" session is taking place at Poultec, South Green, Mattishall on Tuesday 21 November between 11am and 7pm.

Made Plan
As a result of a vote in support of using the Mattishall Neighbourhood Plan to make decision on planning applications in the District, Breckland Council decided 'make' (approve) the Plan on the 2 November 2017. This is the referendum version of the plan.

The Neighbourhood Plan Referendum was held on Thursday 28 September 2017.

Results
The turnout was 22.5 per cent, of which 93 per cent (464) voted in favour of using the Plan to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area and seven per cent (36) voted against.
Examination of the Neighbourhood Plan
The Independent Examination started on 24 March 2017 and the Independent Examiner requested further information in the form of a Clarification Note. This is found below with the Council's and Parish's responses:

The Examiner issued his final report on 16 May 2017 and Breckland Council made its decision on it on the 8 June 2017. Breckland Council accepted all the modifications in the Examiners Report, except one.

Submission Consultation (Reg.16)
Breckland Council have completed the submission consultation on the draft Neighbourhood Plan.
The consultation opened on 2 February and closed on 15 March 2017.

Pre-submission Consultation (Reg.14)
Mattishall Parish Council have conducted their pre-submission consultation on their draft Neighbourhood Plan.
The consultation opened on 29 July and closed on 11 September 2016.
