Order, replace, or renew bins
Request a new or replacement bin, including damaged bin replacements, larger or smaller bins, garden waste subscriptions, and bins for new properties. Learn about delivery times, costs, and how to apply.
Request a new or replacement bin
- If you have caused damage to the bin beyond repair, there is a charge for its replacement. Please call Serco on 0330 109 9220 to report the issue, order your new bin and make payment.
- If the bin damage was due to general wear and tear or damaged during emptying by our crew, there is no charge to its repair/replacement.
- If your bin was damaged, please leave your bin at the boundary of the property to allow for the bin to be repaired or replaced.
- Your new bin will be delivered within 10 working days.
- If your wheeled bin is missing - (presumed lost, stolen, misplaced), there is a charge to cover administration and delivery costs.

Request larger or smaller bins
- If your application for a different sized bin is successful, it will be subject to a delivery and administration charge of £40 for a standard bin (240l) or £64 for a larger bin (360l).
Order or renew your Garden Waste Bin online
- The cost for the annual subscription is £62.
- If you order a new bin it will be delivered within 10 working days.

Request bins for new build property
- If you've moved into a newly built property, a conversion, an annexe or newly split property and require bins, you can request them using this form. There will be a charge of £78 for delivery and provision of two bins, a black one for recycling and a green one for household waste. Payment will be required before the bins are delivered. It may be worth checking with your developer as they may have already contacted us to arrange delivery.
- If you are a developer or private landlord and need to request bins, please fill in the above form. Our Environmental Services team will review the request and get back to you within five working days to confirm the order of the bins and arrange payment.
