17/11/2022: Nominate the best Breckland shop window this Christmas

Breckland Council is inviting festive shoppers to nominate the best, brightest and jolliest shop window in the district.

The festive competition aims to celebrate the very best window displays and customer service in Breckland and could see people win a local goodie hamper from Breckland Council.

To enter the competition, shoppers just need to submit a photo of their favourite shop window display, along with their name, contact details, and a simple description of why they love the shop and its window display to competitions@breckland.gov.uk. Five lucky winners will receive a hamper of local goodies for the best entries.

Cllr Paul Claussen, Executive Member for Economic Development and Growth at Breckland Council, commented: "Touring across Breckland I have been truly amazed at the effort that has been put in by our retail businesses this Christmas, embracing the spirit of the festive season and creating a wonderful shopping experience on the high street. I look forward to seeing residents shopping local this Christmas, nominate their favourite window displays and hear about the amazing shopping experience our retailers are delivering every day."
