Description of Duties
Primary Functional Objectives of the Role: | - Perform cleaning tasks as assigned, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas, including floors, carpets, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, standard operating practices, with recommendations for action and continuous improvement.
