They're all free to join or view on demand and are presented by their own expert clinicians, covering a vast range of topics. workshops can help you recognise and develop strategies to cope with the stresses and strains we all experience in life that can impact on our mental health and can help you break out of negative patterns to make positive steps forward.
The strategies you learn will be useful well beyond the duration of the workshop to prevent and manage bouts of stress, anxiety and depression.
