Revenues Officer - NDR Ref: A03-25

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Salary: ARP Grade 10 (£25,146 - £30,753)
Basis: Permanent

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our team at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused service that plays a vital role in administering the billing and collection of non-domestic rates.

What you'll need

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a commitment to fairness and service. You don't need to meet every requirement to apply - we value potential and a willingness to learn. Key strengths include:

  • Team player and can work on own initiative
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurately update computer systems & records
  • Keep up in a fast-paced partnership environment
  • Liaise with businesses, various government bodies, Citizens Advice and Enforcement Agents
  • Ability to work from home where necessary
  • Could be required to travel to Thetford for training although a full programme of remote e-training is currently in place
  • And above all enthusiasm and positivity!
