Notice of intention to publish a Licensing Statement of Policy

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, Breckland Council, acting in its capacity as the Licensing Authority for the said District, will publish its Licensing Statement of Policy on 1 December 2025.

Notice is further given that the above-mentioned Statement will come into effect on 6 January 2026.
