If you are wanting to submit documents for Council Tax, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Business Rates, you will need to do thatvia the ARP website (opens new window) and once you have chosen what you would like help with, you will then be asked 'What does your enquiry relate to?' please choose the option 'Responding to a request for information' from the drop down menu.
