Yaxham Parish Council is reviewing its Neighbourhood Plan.

Consultation on the Regulation 16 Plan ended on the 2^nd May 2025 and the Plan will now go to Examination.

Re-submission of a revised Consultation Statement

Yaxham Parish Council re-submitted its Consultation Statement due to the independent examiner ruling that one of the associated documents, the Consultation Statement, did not fully meet the requirements of Regulation 15 (2) c) and d). This was because there was no information on responses from members of the public.

The consultation started on Thursday 11 August 2016 and closed on Wednesday 22 February 2017.

Yaxham Neighbourhood Plan: Public Hearing Update

The hearing due to be held on Tuesday 17 January had to be postponed due to the examiner not being well enough to attend. 

The hearing was held on Tuesday 21 February 2017.

Notice of Examination - Public Hearing

Richard High was appointed as the independent examiner of the plan. On reviewing the content of the draft Yaxham Neighbourhood Plan, accompanying documents and representations received as part of the publication (consultation) process, the Examiner has decided to hold a public hearing.

The consultation started on Friday 9 September 2016 and closed on Friday 23 September 2016.
