You can now pay for many council services online using our secure service - please use the links below:

Online transactions are easy to make and take place within a secure payment system. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an internet standard supported by major internet browsers. All of your personal and card details are protected by using 128-bit encryption for transmission over the internet.
Your payment can only be processed during the working week. It will not be processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
Payments made before 15:00 will usually be processed and show on your council tax account on the following working day. All payments made after 15:00 will usually be processed and show on your account two working days later.
You will receive confirmation of your payment on the screen after you have made the payment. You may want to save or print a copy for your reference.
The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that the data is used for no other purpose and not disclosed to any third party.
Cash payments
We are unable to accept cash at our premises at Dereham or Thetford.
If you wish to pay with cash do so at any Post Office or PayPoint location using your barcoded bill.
