Reminder, Final and Summons help appointments

For general help with any Council Tax reminders, final, summons or recovery you will need to have the following information available:

• Council Tax account number
  • If you are visiting us for a face to face appointment and do not have a letter containing your council tax account number, please see the webpageOther documents you can bring to your appointment for the other proof of identification that we will accept.
• Employer or Benefit Details
• Sort code and account number (if you are going to set up a direct debit)
