How to Apply for a Pavement Licence

Please note we can only accept these applications via the online form below or by downloading the pdf and emailing it to us. Any postal applications we receive will be returned to you.

Applications can only be accepted electronically for this type of licence.  Please either use theonline application form or download and complete the application form (PDF) [238KB] (opens new window)   and email the Licensing Team, along with all the additional documentation required. 

If you are completing the online form you will be able to pay with your debit card online. If you are downloading the application form and emailing it, a member of the Licensing Team will contact you to take the payment of £100.00.

Once your application has been accepted you must display thepublic notice at your premises where it can be seen clearly by passing members of the public for at least seven days (not including Bank Holidays).

You must email a photograph of the notice on display to the Licensing Team.
