Pavement Licences Public Notices

Applications

When an application is made for the grant of a Pavement Licence there is a requirement on the Licensing Authority to advertise the application for a period of seven days (not including Bank Holidays). This is under the Business and Planning Act 2020.

Representations regarding any applications must be made in writing or via email within the seven-day consultation period. If writing please send to: Licensing Team, Breckland Council, Walpole Loke, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1EE.
