How do I report that I have been convicted of an offence ?

If you are Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate holder and/or a Personal Licence holder, then by law you must inform the Local Authority you are licensed with of any conviction or offences that you have committed.

You are able to report any conviction or offences committed using ourLicensing Act Notification form.
