5. If you wish to surrender a licence, you are required to return all documents to either Breckland Council's offices in Dereham or Thetford.
  
  If you are surrendering a vehicle licence, you must also return the vehicle rear plate and internal stickers.
  
  All plates and stickers must be removed from the surrender date, and the vehicle cannot be used as a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire vehicle.
  
  Breckland Council will not issue any refunds for any remaining licence period.
