Warm Homes Fund

Norfolk Warm Homes may be able to provide a grant for cavity wall, solid wall, roof, and loft insulation improvements, the installation of an air-source heat pump for off-gas properties, and other energy-saving measures which will help to reduce your heating bills. 

Grants for owner occupiers are fully funded and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Eligibility/How to apply

To qualify, your home will need to be suitable for work and you will need to meet one of the below eligibility routes:

1. The occupier (excluding lodgers or adults in full-time education) must be receiving one of the following benefits:

• Housing Benefit
• Income-based Jobseekers' Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Income Support
• Pension Credit (savings and guarantee)
• Universal Credit

2. Your gross annual household income is £36,000 or less.

3. Your home falls within an auto-eligible postcode.
