Parish of Sparham
Breckland Council is conducting a Community Governance Review for the Parish of Sparham following a request from Sparham Parish Council to increase the number of Councillors on the Parish Council from five to seven members.
The second consultation period has begun following the publication of the draft recommendations from Stage 1 of the review.
