| How your data is used | - We will only use your data for the specific purpose of ensuring environmental services are correctly undertaken and to ensure we can contact you as necessary.
- Images may be captured using in-cab technology by waste contractor crews to provide evidence of contamination and failure to present bins for collection.
- These images will be held, stored, and erased in accordance with the in-cab DPIA.
- Your data will be held under both statutory power and statutory duty (relevant statute listed below under primary legislation's and regulations thereunder).
- In order to ensure that we provide the best possible service and work efficiently to respond to queries, we may share data internally with other departments of the council and with Serco our service provider.
- We may share information with other organisations (such as Capita) when processing payments relating to Environmental Services, where we have your consent and it is in your interest.
- We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing, sales, or any commercial use, and we will not use your personal data in a way which may cause you harm.
