- Tell us you’re moving and want to take your brown bin with you.
- Tell us you’re moving and will leave your brown bin for the new occupier.
- Let us know you’ve moved into a property with a brown bin and would like it collected.
- Cancel your brown bin subscription and arrange for the bin to be collected.

  You will need to take your brown bin to your new property (the property must be within the Breckland area) if you wish to transfer this service. Your service will continue at your new property within 10 working days.
  
  If you prefer, you can leave your brown bin(s) for the new occupier or we can cancel your subscription and collect the bin. Please leave it in a visible and accessible location.
  
  Please note that there is no refund for any remaining months subscription if you choose to leave your bin for the new occupier or cancel your subscription.
