You are able to use this form to tell us you are moving and want to take your brown bin with you, you are moving and want to leave your brown bin, you have moved into a property with a brown bin and want it collected or if you want to cancel your brown bin subscription and want your bin collected.
When you complete our online form, your details will be sent to our service provider, Serco, to complete your request

1. You will need to take your brown bin to your new property (the property must be within the Breckland area) if you wish to transfer this service. Your service will continue at your new property within 10 working days.
2. If you prefer, you can leave your brown bin(s) for the new occupier or we can cancel your subscription and collect the bin. Please leave it in a visible and accessible location.
3. Please note that there is no refund for any remaining months subscription if you choose to leave your bin for the new occupier or cancel your subscription.
