Intention to Bid

After an asset is listed, should it be put up for sale, the community will have an opportunity to buy it. This happens through the Community Right to Bid (CRTB) process. The community will have up to six months to gather funds for a potential bid. At the end of this period, the owner can choose to sell the asset to anyone and at any price they choose.
