Damaged or Replacement Bins
What if my bin has been stolen or damaged?
We can arrange for a replacement bin to be delivered or collected. We encourage you to return your bins to your property at the earliest opportunity after the collection.
All collection crews should return bins after emptying to the place the bin was collected from or to a safe place. Please check that your neighbour has not inadvertently taken your bin or that it has been misplaced.
If your wheeled bin becomes damaged beyond repair, you will not have to pay the cost of a replacement bin. If the damage is caused when the bin is being emptied by our crews, we will replace or repair the bin at no cost to you.
If your bin was damaged, please leave your bin at the boundary of the property to allow for the bin to be repaired or replace.
To request a new or replacement bin please fill in our online form. Your new bin will be delivered within 10 working days.
