  • Article 6.1 (c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
How your data is used
  • We will only use your data for the specific purpose of producing business continuity plans, community resilience plans, emergency response plans and rest centre plans.
  • In order to complete these plans, we may share your data with council departments and members of the Norfolk Resilience Forum.
How long the information is retained
  • Plans are updated on an annual basis.
  • Your data will be securely destroyed if it is no longer relevant to these plans.
