The only debt the Council holds is via a PFI agreement for leisure services. The interest cost embedded in the PFI agreement is £520k per annum.

8.75%. Breckland Council is the lowest district council tax in England and therefore using percentages often produces a higher-than-average reading due to the low council tax.

Circa £13.5m per year.
