Council register of custom/self build. Individuals/small developers:

  • Number on register and identifier (GDPR compliant) of each registrant
  • Date joined register
  • Last dated communication confirming registrant is still wishing to be on register

Response

Some of the information you have requested is already publicly available and therefore exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (information reasonably accessible by other means).

This information can be accessed via the Council's website.

Within the monitoring section there is a table that identifies the number of entrants. For ease, an extract is provided below:

There is also other information on the website. Entries are stored for a 12-month period, after which entrants are contacted and invited to re-apply for a further 12 months should they choose to do so. The register is open to any eligible entrant who wishes to appear.
