BFOI-016225 - Planning for Residential Properties

Request for planning information relating to a rejected residential development proposal on land at NR20 3DH and the Council's response citing publicly available information.

Request

Land in question: NR20 3DH, west of Fox Lane, north of Low Road. Farmland on the corner where the above two lanes intersect (5.5 acres, 2.22 Ha, 22,273 m²). There are earnest buildings, but on the opposite side of the said field are The Old School House and North Tuddenham Village Hall.

Any information, advice and/or data from the planning department that relates to the impact of planned residential properties on the site and to any mitigation actions against potential objections. The original planning application was not granted and information is required following that rejection. However, the information contained in the rejected application would also be of assistance.
