Can you please advise the Council's current annual spend on temporary accommodation for people residing in hotels and B&B accommodation, together with any short-term (under 10 years) private sector leasing schemes?
Please also provide the number of people currently in temporary accommodation and how this compares to the previous three years.

The Council's forecasted annual spend on temporary accommodation for people residing in hotels, B&B accommodation, and short-term private sector leasing schemes is £349,964.
Note: The figures shown are forecasted costs only. They do not include any income that the Council will receive from private sector leasing properties. The figures are taken from the Quarter 3 finance reports, as the end of year financial reports are not yet complete.
