I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

010-SNBD-24 Cleaning Services:

The details we require are:

• What are the contractual performance KPIs for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each contract and were successful and not successful at the PQQ and ITT stages.
• Actual spend on this contract (and any sub-lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.
• Start date and duration of the contract.
• A copy of the service specification given to all bidders when this contract was last advertised.
• Whether there is an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension.
• Whether a decision has been made on whether the contract is being extended or renewed.
• The senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract.

Thank you for your enquiry. Although a robust procurement process was followed for 010 SNBD 24 Cleaning Services, this did not result in the award of a contract and was therefore recorded as a failed procurement.
