The council does not hold the requested information on illegal vaping products and advises directing the request to Norfolk County Council.
Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information for the period 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025:
- How many illegal disposable vapes, e-cigarettes, or e-liquids were seized?
- How many cases were identified where a business was found to be stocking or in possession of illegal vaping products?
- How many illegal nicotine pouches were seized?
- How many fines were issued in total related to the above cases?
- What is the total monetary value of all fines issued?
