Search planning and tree work applications View information on live planning and tree work applications Details Before using the Planning search and comment facility you need to read the guidance notes, as failure to comply with them may affect your comment being accepted. Please be aware that these pages update overnight so the application number you may be searching for may not be visible for up to 48 hours after it has been validated You will need to answer the following mandatory question before you can use the search and comment facility Once you have answered you will be given instructions on how to use the search facility before you are directed to our Planning Search Portal Do you know the planning application number?* Yes No Yes field If you have the application reference number, please type this in full, i.e. 3PL/2010/1014/F (NB: If the application you wish to view is an Outline please ensure you use the letter O and not zero). No other information should be entered. Then click on "search". Once you have found the application using the search facility you are able to view documents submitted and provide comments. Search for Planning Application No field If you do not have the reference number, you can search by one of the other information fields. You are able to search by Parish; this is a drop-down and will show you all available parishes/town names. (Please be aware that some villages and hamlets fall under the Parish name, for example, Reymerston comes under Garvestone.) It is recommended that you only use one of the information fields in your search. Once you have found the application using the search facility, you are able to view documents submitted and provide comments. Search for Planning Application You can also search for an application by accessing the Council's mapping system. This system can be accessed on the My Maps section of My Breckland You can also search for Historic Planning Applications. Not all applications will be listed and not all will have documents available. Where documents are available these will be restricted to those required for the Statutory Planning Register.
